We describe a class of electromagnetic Gaussian modes with spherical spatiotemporal structure that remains invariant during propagation through anomalously dispersive media. The angular profile of the modes is given by spherical harmonics, whose quantization axis can be freely chosen. As a result, the modes support spatiotemporal orbital angular momentum (OAM) configurations with longitudinal and transverse components set by the orientation of the quantization axis. Superpositions of these modes generalize the familiar solution of a chirped pulse that simultaneously focuses and compresses to arbitrary angular structure. The modes are derived through a series of unitary transformations that map the dispersive paraxial wave equation onto a Schrödinger equation with a 3D isotropic harmonic potential. These transformations facilitate the identification of conserved operators for mixed longitudinal and transverse OAM.
