We investigate how the particle spin modulates chaos bound violations in Lorentz-violating black hole spacetimes within the framework of Bumblebee gravity. By analyzing spinning charged particles in static spherically symmetric (A)dS black holes, we reveal the roles of spin--curvature coupling, Lorentz symmetry breaking, and the cosmological constant in shaping chaotic dynamics. The results show that the spin provides a fine-tuning mechanism for the chaos bound violation by modifying the critical angular momentum threshold, allowing particles with larger spin to access the violation regime at lower angular momenta. The Lorentz-violating parameter suppresses the violations by narrowing the allowed parameter region and reducing the critical charge. Meanwhile, the cosmological constant exhibits a dual influence: a more negative cosmological constant decreases the parameter region of violation while enhancing the violation magnitude for configurations that remain beyond the bound. These findings demonstrate that the spin and Lorentz symmetry breaking effects jointly modify the relationship between orbital instability and horizon properties.
