The electron-positron heavy-flavor factories --- BaBar, Belle, Belle~II, and BESIII --- continue to deliver a broad and sensitive physics program. I report selected highlights presented at ICHEP 2026, covering neutral- and charged-current $B$ processes, tests of lepton-flavor universality in $b\to c\ellν$ transitions, precision measurement of Cabibbo--Kobayashi--Maskawa matrix elements, and hadron spectroscopy.
